We ship worldwide, and thanks to our logistics partners we ship LOCALLY all our products to the US, Europe, and the UK. 
Reducing delivery times and shipping distances, we're cutting 70% of our carbon emissions. And we're able to offer you duty-free shipping.
NO customs Duty are due if you order from The US, Europe, and the UK. (Standard Customs Duty is due if you order from any other Country.)

Shipping Rates and Products:

PAPER PRINTS: we ship with USPS STANDARD - ROYAL MAIL TRACKED - DEUTSCHE POST TRACKED. Our processing time is 2-3 business days + Postal Delivery Time in 3-5 business days. Priority shipping options are available at checkout.

FRAMED PRINTS/CANVAS PRINTS/LARGE ART: Depending on dimensions, we ship with UPS Second Day. Our processing time is 2-5 business days + Postal Delivery Time in 2-5 business days.

Buying with MimiPrints is safe. Our packages are covered for loss and damages.
In case of your package being damaged, please send us a few detailed photos and we will immediately send a replacement at our expenses. We consider a parcel lost only after 35 business days from the shipping date. After this time will immediately send a replacement at our expenses or if you prefer, we'll issue a refund.

You ordered. When will you receive your art?
You need to consider Production time + Shipping Time.Our production time can take between 1-3 business days to create your product. See Shipping time above. Once your order leaves our location, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in it.

External Conditions might impact on the International Delivery Times:
-Covid19 emergency (and consequential international flight restrictions/reduction)
-Extreme weather conditions
-Christmas Holiday rush

Under these circumstances shipments might be delayed. We're doing our very best to process your order asap nevertheless a little of flexibility is appreciated. Please allow up to 30 days for orders to arrive.
We consider a parcel lost after 35 days from the shipping date.

Buyers are responsible for missed delivery due to uncorrect address or repeated absence at delivery day. We'll be glat to reship the order at your expenses. Unclaimed packages will be donated to charity after 15 days from the attempted delivery proof.
