    Thanks to our printing and logistics partners, we print and ship locally to the US, CA, EU, UK, and AUS. Our local partners follow our strict specifications to achieve the highest quality standard.

    UK warehouse: Farnham, Surrey
    EU warehouse: Venlo (Netherlands).
    CA warehouse: Manitoba ON
    AUS warehouse: Brisbane, Queensland

    Standard Customs Duty is due if you order from any other Country.

    Shipping Rates and Products:
    PAPER PRINTS: we ship with Tracked Mail from the local Postal Services. Our processing time is 2-3 business days + Postal Delivery Time in 3-5 business days. Priority shipping options are available at checkout.

    FRAMED PRINTS/CANVAS PRINTS/LARGE ART: Depending on dimensions, we ship with UPS Second Day. Our processing time is 2-5 business days + Postal Delivery Time in 2-5 business days.

    Buying with MimiPrints is safe. Our packages are covered for loss and damage. In case your package is damaged, please send us a few detailed photos and we will immediately send a replacement at our expense. We consider a parcel lost only after 35 business days from the shipping date. After this time will immediately send a replacement at our expense or if you prefer, we'll issue a refund.

    You ordered. When will you receive your art?
    You need to consider Production time + Shipping Time. Our production time can take between 1-3 business days to create your product. See Shipping time above. Once your order leaves our location, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in it.
    External Conditions might impact the International Delivery Times:
    -Extreme weather conditions
    -Christmas Holiday rush

    Under these circumstances, shipments might be delayed. We're doing our very best to process your order asap; nevertheless, a little flexibility is appreciated. Please allow up to 30 days for orders to arrive. We consider a parcel lost after 35 days from the shipping date.

    Don't miss your delivery
    Please double check your shipping address and make sure it's 100% update, correct ad accurate.
    Please track your parcel. Make sure someone is at home when the parcel is going to be delivered. For Expedite shipping, we ask you to leave your phone number
    Buyers are responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or repeated absence at delivery day. We'll be glad to reship the order at your expense. Unclaimed packages will be donated to charity after 15 days from the attempted delivery proof.

As part of the order process, MimiPrints will ask for your name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number, and your credit/debit (or other payment type) information. This information will only be used for the purchase transaction and will never be given out to other businesses.
