Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship from?

Thanks to our strategic global logistics network, we print and ship locally from fulfillment centers across the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. This ensures that your artwork arrives quickly, reliably, and entirely tariff-free.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard transit time for our Fine Art Paper Prints is 3–5 business days. For premium items like Framed Prints, Canvas Prints, or Large Art, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for professional framing and preparation before dispatch.

What happens if my art print arrives damaged?

Shopping with MimiPrints is entirely risk-free. In the rare event that your artwork is damaged or lost during transit, simply email us a few photos of the packaging and product at mimi@mimiwatercolorprints.com. We will immediately arrange a free replacement at our expense.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you change your mind, you can return any item in its original, pristine condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us first. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns on sale items or custom orders.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your refund within 1–2 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it typically takes an additional 5–10 business days for the transaction to clear and appear on your statement.

How is the artwork packaged for delivery?

We take extraordinary care in packaging our art. Smaller premium prints are shipped flat, secured with an extra-rigid backing board to prevent any bending. Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in ultra-sturdy tubes. Multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure they remain pristine and easy for you to unpack.

Are frames included with the prints?

Standard listings are for the paper print only, but we do offer premium framed options. To purchase your artwork beautifully framed and ready to hang, simply select the Framed Print Option from the "Finish" dropdown menu on the product page.

Framed Art: What color is the frame?

Our signature frames come in sleek, contemporary Black. We curated this choice because a deep black frame creates an elegant contrast that makes the vibrant, diagnostic colors of our watercolor prints truly pop on your walls.

Are other frame colors available?

Yes, alternative frame colors are available upon request to perfectly match your clinic or office decor. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss the best frame choices for our designs.

Do you sell digital downloads of your art?

No, we intentionally do not offer digital downloads. The intricate details and highly specialized color palettes of our anatomy and science watercolors require professional, gallery-grade printing. This unique depth and clarity simply cannot be replicated by mass production or standard home printers.

Can you personalize my order?

Yes, we are happy to add a personal touch to your prints! We can add a custom name to the bottom of the artwork, include a brief quote or dedication (up to 160–200 characters), or seamlessly integrate your clinic's logo. Please note that minor layout personalizations are welcome, but adding completely new design elements or changing core colors constitutes a major change and is not included in standard personalizations.

I like an image, but I want a different color scheme. Can you change it?

The distinctive color palettes of our watercolor prints are a signature element of the artwork. However, exceptions can occasionally be made. Please send us a message with your ideas; we will always do our best to accommodate your vision or create a bespoke variation for you.

Do you accept custom commissions?

Absolutely. We love collaborating with medical professionals and specialists. If you are looking for a specific anatomical structure or a custom concept, please reach out to discuss feasibility, details, and pricing.

Looking for a past print that isn't anatomy or science art?

About a decade ago, our studio chose to retire our older decorative collections to focus entirely on our true passion: vibrant, fine-art watercolor anatomy and science prints. If a legacy link brought you here and the piece is no longer listed, that is why.

If it was our signature hand-painted style that caught your eye, you will find that exact same artistic soul across our entire current collection. We invite you to explore our Bestsellers, or message us directly if you have a specific piece in mind—we are always open to revisiting concepts via custom commissions.
